These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CREED AJIRA mobile application ("App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Creed Ajira Platform. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About CREED AJIRA

CREED AJIRA aggregates publicly available job opportunities from third-party websites and sources and presents them in one place for easier discovery. Listings may include job titles, descriptions, employers, locations, deadlines, and other information obtained from external sources.

2. Third-Party Job Listings

The job opportunities displayed in the App originate from third-party sources. CREED AJIRA does not own or control those job advertisements unless explicitly stated.

We do not guarantee that a listing is still available, accurate, complete, current, or legitimate. Job advertisements may expire, change, or be removed by their original publisher without notice.

3. External Websites and Original Sources

Job details may include links to the original source or other third-party websites. When you click an external job link, you may leave CREED AJIRA and visit a website controlled by another party.

CREED AJIRA is not responsible for third-party website content, privacy practices, security, availability, cookies, terms, or data collection. You should review the applicable policies of external websites before using them or submitting personal information.

4. Job Applications

CREED AJIRA is not the employer and generally does not process job applications. Applications are normally submitted through the original employer or third-party website.

Any information you provide to an employer or third-party website is governed by that party's own privacy policy and terms.

5. No Employment Guarantee

Using CREED AJIRA does not create an employment relationship between you and Creed Ajira Platform. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, salary, selection, application success, or any other employment outcome.

6. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to provide useful job information, but third-party information can contain errors or become outdated. We do not guarantee that the App or any particular listing will always be available or error-free.

7. Notifications

CREED AJIRA may send push notifications for job alerts and relevant job updates. Notification delivery may depend on your device settings, internet connection, and third-party services. You may disable notifications through your device settings.

8. Advertising

The App may display advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. Personalized advertising may be provided where permitted by applicable law and based on consent and settings.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the App or its services.
• Use automated systems to abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with the App without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or related services.
• Misrepresent yourself as Creed Ajira Platform or falsely claim an affiliation with us.

10. Intellectual Property

The CREED AJIRA name, original App design, interface, and materials created by Creed Ajira Platform may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party job content, trademarks, logos, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

CREED AJIRA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, AUTHENTICITY, AVAILABILITY, OR CURRENT STATUS OF THIRD-PARTY JOB LISTINGS.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creed Ajira Platform will not be responsible for losses, damages, claims, or consequences arising from your use of the App, reliance on a job listing, application to a third-party employer, or use of an external website.

13. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of CREED AJIRA is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled by the App and its supporting services.
